Seems like it’s been a while since you have written about that and I’m curious if you still see the game as a skill building and financial opportunity today. Thanks!

I really enjoy all your posts about social skills and friendship and I would love to hear more about your relationship with your wife. For example, how does your somewhat unusual lifestyle (not having a traditional job, traveling a lot) line up with hers? What do you guys do to keep your relationship strong? I remember a while ago you said that you had bought adjoining condos – is that still a thing?

Thank you, hope you have a great time on the cruise 😀

Yes, this is the podcast: https://www.hubermanlab.com/episode/controlling-your-dopamine-for-motivation-focus-and-satisfaction

He doesn’t talk specifically about Tea, but he mentions caffeine in general. Although I’ve listened to it again and it seems like caffeine may be an exception to the problems he talks about with stimulants :D. But in general, he says to think about spiking dopamine too regularly for no reason because it causes it to deplete afterwards.

Thanks for the book, I’ll check it out.

Do you have a link to the podcast that talked about tea? I’d be interested in listening. The boom I read was Live Long Enough To Live Forever by Ray Kurzweil

Since you've been drinking it daily for so long, have you thought about how it affects your dopamine and such? Do you remember the name of the book you read about the health benefits?]]> I also used to drink tea almost daily (although surely not as good as yours 😅), but after listening to a Huberman Podcast episode on dopamine I started to cut back on it :/.

When I visited Perfect Harmony in Hilo the owner insisted on giving me several to try, and taught me about proper tea preparation.
She seemed thrilled that I was excited to learn.
