I got married years ago and things were great at first but now we feel more like roommates and less like a team. Do you and your wife have shared goals / vision / spending habits? What keeps the relationship together?

Sometimes I feel like if my marriage ends I can still “play the field” a bit, as I still feel young. Obviously this thought does not help my situation. Perhaps you did this when you were a pickup artist and this doesn’t appeal to you anymore, and you prefer the stability of a constant partner.

Reminded me of when I took my dad to a Phish show in Bangor, Maine. We went hiking in Acadia National Park, and we met a guy walking his pet turtle on a leash on the street in Bar Harbor.

– (mostly) quit drinking
– massive confidence boost
– earned my first internet dollar

2025 goals
– keep writing & making videos, be more consistent
– more income
– play more gigs (drums) and learn guitar
– visit new countries, revisit favorites
– give my new relationship as much time as possible

Main goal is to get an apprenticeship with one of my local HVAC unions and finish my associates degree. In the Bay Area so have not moved out of my parent’s house yet due to the cost of living and that is probably the next most important goal. Once Im an apprentice saving for long term goals will be rather doable.
